Patrick has been a Director of Margraves Ltd since its incorporation in 2020 and a partner in Margraves Solicitors since 2012, having joined the firm in 2008, working closely with Clive Margrave-Jones. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 specialising in Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts matters and has significant experience in forestry, land and general property management ownership issues.
Justin Lingard is Margraves Ltd's Managing Director with many years experience as a lawyer. As a Solicitor, he specialises in Employment Law including farming partnerships, drafting Wills, Probate Administration and Estate Planning.
David is an experienced Solicitor who specialises in Commercial Property. He
sees clients at our main office in Llandrindod Wells and he also does home visits.
Catherine is a specialist residential conveyancing Solicitor, with many years' experience.
Neil is a very experienced family law solicitor. He has been recognised for his expertise in the Legal 500 and Chambers directories for more than twenty years.
Sean has worked here at Margraves Ltd since 2017 and is a part of our Commercial Property team. He has been qualified as a licensed conveyancer since 2024.
Carol has worked here at Margraves Ltd since 2012 and is a part of our Residential Conveyancing team.
Sally has worked here at Margraves Ltd since 2017 and is a part of our Probate team.
Heather has worked here at Margraves Ltd since 2022 and is a part of our Residential Conveyancing team.
Jean has worked here at Margraves Ltd since 2012 and is the Office Manager as well as handling the Accounts.
She is also the assistant to Patrick Bourdillon in the will, trust and probate department.
Dawn has worked here at Margraves Ltd since 2015 and is the welcoming face of our reception. She also assists our fee earners throughout the firm.
Janine has worked here at Margraves Ltd since 2022 and is a part of our reception team. She is also a part of our accounts team and assists our fee earners throughout the firm.
